On November 24, Shanghai jiading international racing club·CTCC China automobile venue professional 

league the seventh stop ended at the SAIC international circuit. GAC Toyota team Liu Yang and Lin lifeng 

continued to play a steady game, reaching the top 12 in the fierce battle and completing the two rounds 

of the trip to Shanghai for the first super cup season.

After the competition under the wet conditions of Saturday, in the second round of the finals on Sunday, 

the driver needs to face more severe challenge, whether in tyre management or in racing car protection. 

While GAC Toyota had more plenty of experience towards the fierce competition of super bowl and also 

gradually grasped the tips about how to play the advantages of the high horsepower racing cars of super 

bowl after going through the racing car change and group upgrade in this racing season. The most important 

things certainly are to protect the status of two racing cars to ensure finishing the game so as to gain valid 

scores for the new cars and give the car team more racing data for the accumulation of later racing agenda.

For the experienced GAC Toyota car team and the two veteran Liu Yang and Lin lifeng, in the SAIC 

international circuit, the highest level of domestic track, they have been familiar with all kinds of methods. 

However, from a series of extremely challenging technical continuous corners, high speed turns, low speed 

hairpin turns, to a 1,175-meter long straightaway, the challenge brought by the F1 circuit has never eased. 

It is also this circuit that allows the Levin car to produce the strongest performance under the overall test.

After the start of the race on Sunday, Liu Yang, after the experience of the race on Saturday, broke into the

 sixth place by his excellent start. And Lin lifeng also picked up the pace to constantly catch up. As the 

competition goes on, Liu Yang was gradually caught in the multi-car fight of the middle game group, 

and Lin lifeng was fiercely defended by the opponent. Finally the two chose to keep the pace to bring 

the car back safely. Liu Yang and Lin lifeng both rushed through the waving checkered flag in the score 

area, which helped the brand new levin racing car continue to harvest valuable data and further release 

performance expressiveness.

Liu Yang said when he summed up Sunday performance: "the status of the car and the performance 

I made at the start are good, but this weekend the mileage I completed in the circuit is not many. 

The leakage on data caused that my adjustment has left much potential to be activated. Therefore, 

at the end of the competition, my tyre wear slightly exceeded the expectations. So I had to slow 

dome my pace. There is no doubt that the development of Levin is good. I hope that we will have 

abilities to challenge for better results in the future.”

For Lin Lifeng, who has come back to levin racing seat for the first time since this season racing was in 

Zhaoqing stop, he was very pleased to come back to the car team. For this stop competition, Lin lifeng’s 

feeling after the game was very pertinent: “ I think that the status for those who have raced in this stop 

competition is very pleasing. But at the qualifying tournament, I suffered being stopped by the slow cars 

when the tyres are in the best condition, which made me lose time and miss the opportunity for gaining 

better start. In the first round competition, there are much chaotic conditions. To be able to avoid the 

accidents and be promoted to the score area to finish the competition, I’m quite satisfied with my 

performance. I believe that the experience I got from this stop competition will lay good foundation 

for the next stop.” 

In these two rounds of the race, two outstanding drivers has taken precious scores for the team. 

With the new cars coming in, We hope they could provide better support for the fight of later 

racing agenda.

For the next stop, CTCC will start its season finale in Wuhan on December 13-15. This street track will 

be a brand new challenge for GAC Toyota car team. At that time, Shenzhen Zeroracing will go hand 

in hand with the car team to continue to work hard to achieve outstanding performance.
