1.High-qualityprecious metal coating

Common OEMand aftermarket catalytic converters on the market are constrained by the highcosts of precious metals such as platinum, palladium, and rhodium, resulting intypically thin coatings.

AlthoughOEM products with high-density honeycomb structures of 700–800cpsi can effectively purify exhaust gases, they also significantly hinderexhaust flow and reduce power output. In contrast, low-cost 200 cpsi frontpipes in the aftermarket often have insufficient effective surface area,leading to coating failure, which easily triggers the Check Engine Light (CEL)and worsens emissions.
